My Mortgage Ally is a Walnut Creek mortgage broker that partners with East Bay realtors. Eric Rotner (NMLS #338424) issues fast pre-approvals, structures Buy Before You Sell for listing clients, and shops Non-QM and jumbo files a single bank will not open. There is no referral fee and no exclusivity. After closing, Eric stays in touch so the client comes back to you.

Why agents partner with Eric

Fast, usable pre-approvals

Your buyer gets a verified, highly reliable letter listing agents can call, turned around in 1–2 business days. Pre-approval is not a commitment to lend.

You hear from us first

Eric copies you on milestones once the buyer says it is okay. You are not chasing a processor. If the listing agent has a question about the letter, Eric picks up.

The hard files

Self-employed, jumbo, investors, and move-up sellers. Bank statement, P&L, DSCR, and Buy Before You Sell. options. Keep your W-2 lender—send Eric the files that stall.

Clients come back to you

Most lenders disappear after funding. Eric stays reachable so the next sale, the next referral, and the refinance conversation come back to your number, not a bank 800 line.

Pick your path

I have a buyer right now

Call or text Eric at 925-788-1644. Tell him the offer timing. Then send the buyer to apply so documents start moving.

I want a partner for the year

Book a 30-minute realtor strategy call. No pitch deck. You leave knowing which files to send, how status works, and how clients get referred back to you after close.

Why get pre-approved before you tour homes

Walnut Creek and the 925 corridor still move fast. Listing agents sort offers by who can close. A My Mortgage Ally letter names a local loan officer and a reviewed file. A pre-qualification that only uses numbers you typed in a form does not do that job.

Want the longer 2026 explainer? Read Mortgage Pre-Approval in 2026. This page is where you start the letter.

How the partnership works

  1. You send the file.
    • Phone first if it is live. Or book the strategy call if you want the relationship first.
  2. Eric moves the file.
    • Pre-approval, program fit, and a letter the listing side can verify. He will call the listing agent when it helps the offer.
  3. You stay the agent.
    • Status updates while it is open. After close, Eric keeps the client pointed at you.

No referral fees. No kickbacks. No contract. If you are asking what your cut is, this is the wrong partner. If you are asking how this protects the deal, call.

Buyer agents and listing agents

Buyer side

Eric flags program risk before you write. Self-employed and jumbo get named on the first call so you do not attach the wrong letter. He writes the letter to the offer price when you have one.

Listing side

Buy Before You Sell and bridge let your seller write a cleaner offer and still list on their timeline. Eric talks to both sides so financing is not the excuse the deal dies on.

What you get. What you do not.

Elaine Ferre

Verified public reviews. Agents care about the same things: he answers, he hits dates, he handles the odd file. More on the reviews page.

If you are still deciding

“I already have a lender.”

Keep them for clean W-2 files. Send Eric the ones that stall. Call 925-788-1644

“My seller will not list until they can buy.”

That is a Buy Before You Sell conversation. Book the strategy call

“I do not want to lose the client after closing.”
That is why the partner call exists. Eric stays in the file so the next touch comes back to you.

1. How do I start a realtor partnership with My Mortgage Ally?

Call or text Eric Rotner at 925-788-1644, or book a realtor strategy call. There is no contract and no exclusivity. If you have a buyer ready now, send them the apply link and tell Eric they are coming.

2. How fast can My Mortgage Ally pre-approve my buyer?

My Mortgage Ally can often issue a pre-approval the same day or within one to two business days after documents are in. If you have an offer deadline, say that on the first text so Eric sequences the file first.

3. Do you pay realtor referral fees?

No. My Mortgage Ally does not pay referral fees or kickbacks. Partnership is RESPA-safe. Eric earns from the loan, not from you. If you are looking for a cut, this is the wrong page.

4. Will My Mortgage Ally take my client after closing?

No. After closing, Eric stays in touch so the client comes back to you for the next sale, refinance conversation, or referral. The relationship stays yours. That is the point of the partner call.

Ready when the next file is
